Terms of Service

Trevo is a SaaS platform that scans Israeli hi-tech job postings, deduplicates them across sources, and ranks personal fit based on your CV and saved searches. The Service is offered on a Free and a Pro plan (₪39/month or ₪390/year). Plan details are listed at /pricing.

Using the Service requires registration with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify Trevo promptly of any suspected unauthorized access. You may not transfer your account or share access with anyone else.

Pro is charged in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose). The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless canceled before. Cancel anytime from /account/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund terms are documented at /refund.

Payments on the Service are processed by Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues invoices, handles VAT and global sales tax, and processes refunds when applicable. Paddle's own terms separately apply to the payment step.

You agree NOT to:

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute catalog content outside the Service;
• run automated scrapers against Trevo;
• circumvent plan limits (e.g. by creating multiple accounts);
• upload offensive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content (e.g. in your CV);
• reverse-engineer the Service's internal mechanisms.

For the avoidance of doubt, Trevo operates active and retrospective protection, detection, and monitoring mechanisms against attempts to exfiltrate data, harvest catalog content, expose internal sources or mechanisms, or reverse-engineer the Service. Such activity is logged and may result in account suspension, technical blocking, and civil or criminal legal action — including under copyright law, trade secret protections, and the Israeli Computers Law, 5755–1995.

Trevo aggregates jobs from third-party sources (company ATS boards, Israeli aggregators). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or validity of any specific posting. Decisions to apply, submit your CV, or accept an offer are entirely your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or close an account on user request via /account/settings. Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period; no refunds for already-charged periods unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

All rights in the Trevo code, design, logo, and brand belong to Trevo. Using the Service does not grant you any rights beyond a limited, personal, revocable license. Content you upload (CV, notes) remains yours — you grant Trevo a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS". Trevo, its officers and employees are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or opportunity. Total cumulative liability, if any, is capped at the amount you paid Trevo in the 12 months preceding the cause of action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance on this page, and for Pro users also via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
